苦瓜

苦瓜.. 嗯… 越吃越好吃…

材料:
苦瓜兩條
排骨三排

醬料:
辣豆辦醬
酒
大蒜
鹽

做法:
苦瓜切片或條 加鹽去苦味(我通常都是在煮之前用水沖一遍去掉鹽水)
油鍋先爆香拍扁的大蒜, 放入鹽跟小排煎到半熟
加入半碗水, 半大匙辣豆瓣醬, 跟用鹽洗過的苦瓜
用中火悶煮到水差不多剩下1/3, 或是苦瓜熟透就可以撈起來吃囉
